For NetPro to publish survey details from Medallia for your store(s), your nominated team member(s) must maintain valid Medallia credentials within the Azenko Portal.
Please complete the details for the Medallia account(s) to be used by NetPro (you can supply multiple account details if needed).
An email will be sent to your nominated contact(s) when a Medallia password update is required (as part of the initial set-up of your NetPro service, as well as when Medallia requires the reset (which is every 4-6 weeks as a guide)).
